Specialist Pen Repairs

Including but not limited to Parker Vacumatic, Sheaffer Plunger, Touchdown and Snorkel, and Onoto Plunger.

We have offered a repair service on vintage pens and pencils since 1990 and now handle some of the more complex repairs for, or on the recommendation of pen-specialist shops around Australia as well as being a recommended repairer of vintage Parker, Waterman and Sheaffer by their respective distributors. For these repairs, we carry an extensive range of spare parts for most of the pens commonly found in Australia and many more besides. Our leading repairman John has over 30 years experience repairing pens and pencils.

If your pen is less than 10 years old, or still under a manufacturer’s warranty, then it should be returned to the manufacturer’s service department, preferably through the original retailer.

The cost of repairs is based on a Basic Service Fee which includes consumable parts (Rubber Sacs, Plunger Washers, “O” Rings etc). Other parts used (e.g. nib, clip, barrel) are at additional cost. Quotes will not be provided unless the total cost, including additional work and parts, is likely to exceed the basic amount by more than 50%. As the vast majority of repairs are for our Australian Customers, the following price list assumes that all repairs will be shipped to an Australian address and paid for in Australian Dollars. Where shipping to other countries is required, please contact us first.

Please contact us for your repair needs and possible costs.

Repairs are now only accepted and returned by mail. Pack them well, we recommend rolling them lightly in Bubble-Wrap and using an Australia Post Bx6 box. Be sure to include instructions and a phone number WITH the package.
